Let’s see, this cost the tax payers $500 million and counting for Trump trying to steal the election plus another $140 million for his golf games totaling $640 million dollars, but let’s forget about it and let his supporters instead praise Trump for not taking the $1.6 million in salary over the 4 years as “Good Samaritan“ President.

The avalanche of unsuccessful court cases brought by the “Stop the Steal” campaign has also run up a legal bill exceeding $2.2 million - Reuters

Donald Trump’s attempt to overturn the result of the presidential election has left US taxpayers with a bill topping half a billion dollars.

According to the Washington Post, at least $488 million has been spent by the federal government and another $28 million by states in dealing with the January 6 insurrection and stepping up security in the aftermath.

The avalanche of unsuccessful court cases brought by the “Stop the Steal” campaign has also run up a legal bill exceeding $2.2 million.

An estimated 25,000 troops were deployed in Washington DC after the uprising, which claimed five lives. With plans in place to maintain the security measures until mid-March, the bill is likely to increase further.

Well, an order can be a very subjective instruction in the hands of brain dead Trump followers, so, that aside, this guy was involved in a criminal activity and he needs to pay the price......big time. Trump invited them to come to the Capitol on the same day Electoral votes being counted and for 2 months Trump’s brain dead supporters were fed the big lie that the election was stolen from them and that they should go and fight like hell to stop the steal, and these brain dead supporters arrived on the same day to do just that, and that’s exactly what they did on that day, which was to stop the counting of the Electoral votes, at least for 6 hours.

There was no order and nothing that can be perceived as an order. It’s all absurd!

Trump did say that any individuals who get caught causing damage, or violence in Capitol Hill “will pay the price”

So the individuals that were throwing chairs through glass doors and breaking the law will be dealt with by the law.

As to the specific case, and others like it, it’s probably true that some individuals went to what they were hoping was a peaceful rally and got caught up in something entirely different, I’m sure that such individuals will be fine. It’s mainly the violent law breakers that will be dealt with harshly.
