Well, an order can be a very subjective instruction in the hands of brain dead Trump followers, so, that aside, this guy was involved in a criminal activity and he needs to pay the price......big time. Trump invited them to come to the Capitol on the same day Electoral votes being counted and for 2 months Trump’s brain dead supporters were fed the big lie that the election was stolen from them and that they should go and fight like hell to stop the steal, and these brain dead supporters arrived on the same day to do just that, and that’s exactly what they did on that day, which was to stop the counting of the Electoral votes, at least for 6 hours.

Those comments this lawyer made accusing Trump were not made in court and therefore are not made under privilege.

So, the Senate had voted last night that Trump can be tried for his impeachment case against him even when he is no longer in office.

Whether the Banana Republican Members in the Senate will have the courage to find him guilty is another thing, but those that do not will forever will be written in history books as the ones allowing an insurrectionist President to get away with high treasonous crimes. In California, more than 33,000 registered Republicans left the party during the three weeks after the Washington riot. In Pennsylvania, more than 12,000 voters left the GOP in the past month, and more than 10,000 Republicans changed their registration in Arizona.

An analysis of January voting records by The New York Times found that nearly 140,000 Republicans had quit the party in 25 states that had readily available data (19 states do not have registration by party). Voting experts said the data indicated a stronger-than-usual flight from a political party after a presidential election, as well as the potential start of a damaging period for GOP registrations as voters recoil from the Capitol violence and its fallout.
