So it seems nothing has changed. The banks know that if they fail they will be bailed out so they can take all sorts of risks knowing that if they succeed they will make a killing and if they fail they will be bailed out.

God have mercy on us and I don't even believe in god.

The name of Gonzalo who works in the financial world and is called Lira is intriguing though.

I agree. I gave myself the time to watch this video without interruption in it’s entirety. Excellent discussion. :D

I think what's going on now is that the Banks get emergency liquidity. However depending on how much they are exposed to non performing loans, there are only two options
a)Deduct the non performing loans from it's value, and assuming you end up to a positive value, then sell it to a healthier Bank. In this case the shareholders are the only losers.
b) If you end up to a negative value, you may still sell it for nothing, in which case the shareholders lose everything, and depositors lose their non secure deposits ($250K in the US)

So far the Swiss authorities seem to spread the "news" that Credit Swiss is in category "a". Imo it actually falls in category "b" but they will bail it out because it's systemic.
The situation seems very messy in the US though, they now discovered there are nearly 200 Banks at risk.
It's clear to me that this faulty financial system, based among other things on FIAT currency, has no chance of surviving, especially after BRICS in which the currency will be based on tangible assets, gets fully implemented.

May God have mercy on Marika the bitch. And I don't believe in God either..

I can't sit on the chair for more than 20 minutes, so I "watch" all video discussions by just streaming, and hearing them in radio mode, while doing some other work. I guess my multitasking abilities are limited to that. 8)

It was very interesting ...... but this was being discussed on this forum well over ten years ago! So it's not new ...... it is just that 99% of ordinary people don't have clue about money creation or the banking system, Out of the 1% that think they do ..... most of them have it all wrong anyway!

So long as they allow the banks to use depositors money to gamble on the financial market we will have this problem. The question is really in a democratic country have the government got the balls to change the rules on how the banks are allowed to operate?

I suspect not because the Swine are financed by them. Not only do they serve their interests but also give them government contracts worth billions. It is a win win for the Swinelanders and lose lose for the public.

It came after the International Criminal Court issued an arrest warrant for Russia's Vladimir Putin.

Morning bitches!

Paphitis is in da house! hope y'all didn't miss me too much bitches!

Now bitches! Paphitis is on reserve today, quite bored actually as not allowed to be more than 30 minutes from Newark. Hoping no bitch calls in sick or calls in fatigue or gets FRMSed. But at least if I get called in, then so does my good friend and trainer. We are like 2 peas in the same pod at the moment. 8)

Anyway bitches. I'm just quickly calling in to get my update. Any news from the frontlines? Has bakhmut fallen yet?

No! Nevermind bitches. Personally bitches! I simply don't think Bakhmut will ever fall now. You bitches seem so deluded waiting for the imminent fall of Bakhmut for almost a year now.

When is it gonna happen bitches? Panaagia mou boutanes!

Not only that bitches, but Ruzzian offenses seem to be dieing out with a winper. looks like the Ruzzians are just getting walloped and grinded down to zilch. And not only that, but Ukraine has ammassed more than 70,000 troops for its counter-offensive bitches and the Ruzzians are literally pidding in their nappies.

Poor bitches! Oh well bitches, looks like you have chosen to learn the hard way.

And now Putlar is not allowed to go to 122 countries who are signatories to the Rome Treaty or The Hague ICC. Now, if Putlar steps foot in Cyprus, he must be arrested by CyPOL like the criminal he truly is! Isn't that wonderful? I knew you would like it bitches! Putlar being called out as a rogue war criminal and violator of the Geneva Conventions. Justice bitches! 8)
