How about safety of these children? Why were they left in the war zone in the first place. Is that not a war crime. Who is to say Putin had knowledge of that?
Who were these children?
Were their parents alive when they were taken?
What evidence is there?

This is western bullshit, you can smell it a mile away. ICC can't do jack shit as Russia and America are not signatories to the court. There are American murders who killed thousands of people in Vietnam and no action is taken. There are murderers in Israel and ICC is nowhere to be seen.

When you smell bullshit you should be able to recognise it for what it is.
