I’m not sure if this makes sense to you but… it may be because the site’s administrator may have set its images (on the server hosting the website) from being directly accessed via the URL.

Hot-linking is direct access of media (images, videos, etc) via a URL without visiting the actual website.

The entire US annual defence budget is currently something like $900 billion. (a trillion being a thousand billion)

I looked around and the price with a bunch of missiles is between 1 and 1.2 billion.

The irony is that in all the videos I’ve seen of the Ukraine, I have yet to spot a building that is worth more than $50K so I think it’ll be cheaper letting the buildings get hit than protecting them with such expenses missiles!
