The USG gives aid to dozens of countries, including Cyprus. It may only be a few million Euro in your case, but the USG and taxpayer does open up its treasury to give Cyprus some form of aid, whether it be medical equipment or to promote its bilateral influence in Cyprus one way or another.

These GOP Senators want to cut US Aid to ALL countries because some of them are just heartless. And that would include aid to many impoverished nations in South and Latin America, Asia, Middle East and Africa. The USG is one of the most generous foreign aid contributrors on the planet and that tells you right there what kind of country and people Americans really are.

And Ukraine is a country that is in true need of US and International help. The 45 Billion in aid is money that is very well spent and the vast majority of Americans are in support of this aid to Ukraine and see it asd a vital obligation.

Because we are seeing a war between EVIL (Ruzzia) and Good (Ukraine, and the USG is on the right side of history in support of Good, in helping Ukraine and its people fight this evil and defend themssleves against this evil and to defeat what is truly a deplorable and criminal rogue terrorist state (Ruzzia).
