Hi Doug,

I've only been in the reception, the public toilets and the pool area as my stepson did part of his training for his Open Water Diver course there last summer.

I believe they offer All Inclusive there. The hotel is right on the beach and is slightly further away from the Old Town in comparison to the Atlantica Hotel/Oasis. There were a few kids there last summer when my stepson was doing the course. The pool isn't a bad size for the size of the hotel but nothing in comparison to the one at your original choice and it wasn't so easy to locate a sunbed by the pool. However, there are a number of them on the beach.

I've just had a look on HolidayTruths website but the hotel hasn't been reviewed. TripAdvisor site has some quite mixed reviews. I've also looked on VirtualTourist website too but no reviews there either. Usually, you will find more reviews if the hotel has a bad reputation so perhaps you should be okay.

If I find out anything meantime, I will post back on here.

Hello, has anyone got confirmation from there travel agents that the hotel wont ready untill the 31 august, i went the co op travel agents yesterday and they where very helpfull but we still got no where, first choice are still saying the hotel will be opening on the 15 july!! and that we have no proof that it wont be ready for our holiday on the 19 aug, they want an extra £574 for us to move to another hotel in the brochure. This is because all the free child places have gone and the admin fees. The hotel we would like to be moved to has only 8 rooms left and iam worried if we dont pay the extra to be moved and chance the atlantic being ready in time we wont have a choice of hotels, we will be put anywhere they can fit us in.

Hi there why don’t you email the hotel we did and they sent a reply confirming that the hotel will not be open until the 31st august, we have posted the actual email on this forum once you emailed them and they send you a reply print it off and take it to your travel agent what more proof do they need the photos we have of the hotel took on the 29th may speak for themselves if you want these as more proof then I will send them to your email so you can print them off to and take them as more proof, the hotel its self has admitted it will not be ready for the 15th so why your travel agent are demanding more money to move you is unbelievable stick to your guns and don’t hand over more money .

Just returned from Limassol-stayed in the Atlantica Gardens its across the road from the Atlantica Oasis...hotel is still a complete building site!! nearly died when i saw it.
The hotel has nothing inside except rubble..outside just a big mess no pool as such but a massive hole in its preparation :( jcb and cranes outside along with a boat load of bricks and rubbish. Staff have been told it wont open till Sept but even that looks unlikely really sorry to be the bearer of bad news but it really is bad.

Hi Natcol27
After seeing the email on this forum I rang oasis again they confirmed the whole hotel complex will not be open unti 31st August, Then took copy of email to travel agent, she then rang oasis and again confirmed 31st, August, then she rang First Choice and was very firm with them, now waiting until Monday morning before we can proceed. We have now sent emails and copy of a letter to ABTA, as we should travel on the 25th july.
