1977 -1982 29(RA)Cmdo

Injury in 1982 - either leave or transfer

Hi Eliko I'd be interested to see who provided the figures that our resident rebel without a clue claims, probably the same scource as the Baby Milk Factory, the farce factory where Comical Ali and Chemical Ali had their scripts written, for clarification chemical weapons were banned under the Geneva convention after the Germans unleashed them to terrible effect during WWI 1914/18. The 180,000 Kurds weren't the only people that they used them on either.

True but you don't have to listen to some pillock reciting propaganda either, the figures he gave are bullshit you know it and I know it.

As I thought no military background whatsoever. Typical Rebel without a clue
For your information I was a fully trained infantryman four years before I became a full time musician, I trained in many aspects of infantry warfare, too many to list here. I came just three points from qualifying as a marksman the very first time that I had a rifle put in my hands and at 19 I was the youngest member of my Battalion to ever take part in the international shooting championships at Bisley in the UK.
We certainly didn't jump out in the street, empty a full magazine from an AK47 at all and sundry.
The "650,000 Iraqis dead (men, women, and children)" is just propaganda for gullible, spineless, leftie tree huggers such as you. Go and shoot some sparrows and pickle them, you'll be ok they can't shoot back!

In an investigation published in British medical weekly The Lancet earlier this month, US and Iraq specialists estimated that more than 600,000 civilians died a violent death between March 2003 and July 2006.

Btw, I was an infantry sergeant and still a reservist; I've got a lovely G3 automatic and a couple of hundred rounds of ammo in my cupboard because we keep them at home!, but as I said before it's irrelevant to this issue. Trouble spots like Cyprus, Lebanon, Israel, etc, have firepower coming out of their ears!

I deducted some 90,000 from suicide bombers earlier; is that generous or what?, so the fact still remains that there are hundreds of thousands dead unaccounted for and given...

...what do you suppose happened to them?

I would just like to kindly ask you and anyone else to go easy on our accusations of the Iraqi people because they are suffering horrendously and if anything they need our help so bad that it ain't funny. Please consider their plight.

Regards, GR.
