So telling us that we cannot play fair is not racism.....

I suppose it could be cancelled out by thinking the same about your regime..which I do!!!

How can you become immune to my sarcasm........It mutates and there is no cure!!!!

No Zan telling you you can't play fair is NOT racism. Telling someone they cannot live in their home or in their village because of their ethnic and linguistic background is indeed racism.

Think of whatever you like about the RoC government the reality is it is not in breach of any human rights.

It has been in breach of my human rights since I was three years old mate.....It has taken away my rights from the moment it decided to destroy the Zurich agreement by murder and deception.........

My understanding and conclussion after a year on this forum, most of the TC's on this forum want partition they want to take what was our and make it theirs, whilst using the RoC, an entity they hate to meet their own personal needs.

But it was OK when the GCs wanted take what was ours and give it to someone else...you have come to realize over the last year the reality of the situation we do not share the same vision or capacity to compromise, a forced union will result in war...why not agree partition and allow all the people to choose north or south, rather than allow one side to dominate or control the other, where there's no trust there no union.

4 years ago 68% of your population voted for union...now all of a sudden we were never meant to unite this island?

Union UN style and rubber stamped by the majority of the world but rejected by GCs who thought they would get a better deal using the EU.

Won;'t get into this again (read my post to expatkiwi regarding the one0sidedness of the AP) But it did prove that the tC's desire union. WHy would you think they'd prefer something different now?

4 years and lack of progress has diminished TCs desire for union, the chasm is wider than ever before and you state that the was not a union plan but division so in fact you are contradicting yourself, according to you we voted for division.

The GC's felt it was a plan for division not the TC's. Every TC I've spoken to has tried to explain to me that it was not a division plan and if i remember correctly you blamed us for rejecting a perfectly good plan to re-unite the island...Who's contradicting now?

You still dont get it, we voted for union via a plan you think is division, thats why we cannot agree wehave different interpretation of union.

Zan am not sure whetehr you feel the need to contradict anything a GC says or you simply think in a different manner. The reality is the RoC has not been in breach of anything about you or your life. It has all been about your choices your personal choices. You can get up from Britain today and immigrate to Cyprus and recalim your property and live in your parents house and villge. Except its in the buffer zone. Which is the same as a GC. However for arguments sakes if yor land and home was in Limasol you would be able to live in it. What right have I got to go and live in my ancestral home Zan???? What are the chances I would be allowed to live in my home, what are the chances DTcan go and live in his home in Morphou?

Had there been a better and more willing negotiator on our part and less of a need by the UN to make 100000% sure that Turkey has been given everything they asked for, you never know, we might have accepted it.

And have no representation as a Turkish Cypriot and kiss all my rights under the Zurich agreement goodbye......Listen to the holiday programs leave me and my people out of Cyprus history. Sing the Greek national anthem. Wave the Greek flag and sit in endless corridors waiting for my complaints to be heard and my human rights returned to me in a plastic bag.......Thanks mate but I will have my Zurich Agreement and eat it......

He has to live in the "RoC" for 6 months then go to GC courts to claim his rights if his house is still standing, not very equal with GCs living in south is it? yet again discrimination.

to humanist,
1* if talk about population ratios we have to take 1960 ratios then we can discuss about a ratio.e.g half of my family from my mother and father side migrated between 1960-1974 period.
2* you are right many years some people told us that gc are horrible.from each of our family has a sad storry...in 2003 we mostly fed up this and more then half of our population was on the street in nicosia
3* you are also right we have to give some effort to learn each others language.time problem age ect.
4* whatever we do we have to live in peace because we live in small island and most of gc and tc loves their island.
