If what the TC leadership wants is a return to the 1960 Constitution then why don't they propose to the GCs and the UN to alter the solution framework and begin negotiations on the basis of a unitary state and on the basis of the 1960 ROC constitution?

Have you suddenly changed your minds it was you people that didnt want the 1960 agreements putting forward 13 points that would have taken away our rights and handed Cyprus to you on plate so theat you can "democratically" do as you wish eg give it to Greece. The day we made such a move would be the day you ask for those 13 points or more to force us from partnership status to minority status...we would be back to square one. Whats wrong with sharing the island equally side by side as 2 states joined together as one nation just as the UN proposes it? what have you got against us administering our own part of the island and you your own where people can travel and settle as they wish? Another matter I have difficulty grasping is that you Gcs hate us so much why the hell would you want a unitary state and live mixed with us? it brings to mind that you have ulterior motives and thats why you are not trusted.

There's no such thing as the statement you have made above. There is no separate ownership of any part of Cyprus by any community. When you make such statements, it is no wonder no one trusts you, because should that be accepted, the first chance you get, you will say, "oh, this part belongs to the TCs/Turks and we are now going to declare independence and kick out all the foreigners (GCs) who are not TCs/Turks". Who would trust such ill intend Racist Fascists such as yourself and the likes of you such as present and past leadership in the north.

Most of these 2nd, 3rd 4th generation and so on Illegal Aliens are sitting on stolen GC properties, and once it is taken away from them, they will voluntarily head back to their motherland, if not outright kicked out. Why do you think the EU wants Turkey to sign (which Turkey doesn't want to sign) the repatriation clause for those entering the EU illegally in order for Turkey to have a visa free access to the EU for the Turks. Sounds to me like, the Illegal Aliens in Cyprus will be the first to be repatriated back to Turkey once Turkey signs the visa free accord.
