"The ruling reinstating the third-degree murder by Hennepin County District Judge Peter Cahill followed a series of appellate decisions that revived the count before jury selection was to resume.

The reinstatement came after the state Supreme Court on Wednesday rejected a request by Chauvin's defense to review a Court of Appeals ruling that said the judge improperly denied prosecutors' push to recharge Chauvin with third-degree murder. Cahill dismissed the count last fall."

...who remembers Derek Chauvin? His trial is beginning. Whatever the outcome, around the world, people will be turning to its events in the hope of seeing Justice.

Well, I just got impressed with Byeden despite him being AWOL.

Apparently he just gave Chy-na an ultimatum.

It sounded like this,

The thingies (Anerica’s) relationship with Chy-na can’t be normalised until Chy-na normalises relations with the US State of that other, you know thing down under, which is very far away and has citizens which talk a bit funny or in a different language. I think it’s Austria or erm erm. You know what I mean.

There is another country there near it where Zaldof and the hobbits live and is very mountainous and pretty. They also talk funny there as well.

I just got an email from the states which is why I’m posting in This is America.

Apparently all the airlines are now open and recruiting. All stood down crews are coming back for training.

They asked me if I was still interested and have a job there guaranteed if I want it. What this means I don’t know. Originally it was mainline and my contract is mainline but they are toying around with different things including putting us temporarily on their subsidiaries until their training slots open up.

They have over 12000 pilots on their rosters.

I’m getting these weird feelings in the tummy again. I have ticked all their boxes and have the permanent residency which the US Department if Immigration didn’t revoke as its conditional on me maintaining employment there which I never even had the opportunity to start thanks to Covid.

I actually feel like I’m in love for the first time with a drop dead gorgeous vixen.

My agent is saying America has turned the corner and is looking at having an over heated booming economy with gdp growth of 7% and the airlines are now in a mad rush to get all their crews current again. :|

Paphitis, it is a “bear trap” and I would be very cautious if I were you. The ONLY reason why there are recalls for all the airline employees to return back to training is because the $Billions they have just received in the latest stimulus package from the government. When the airlines get back to some degree of normality, it will be global and not just in the USA. As soon as you see Qantas getting back to normal, then you can pack your bags to the US.
