I will tell you what my motive was and it was over the veracity of the stupid CM article and that was so obvious too right from the outset.

Yes, it was obvious to everybody but you that the restaurant critic had made ambiguous comments about the dive due to him being, um a restaurant critic!

Even the commentators in the article were laughing about it! It was only you that seemed to think they had deliberately published a misleading article!

And it was only you that tried to 'correct' the article by saying he would have had to have used Nitrox!

Too funny!

I couldn’t care less if he was a NASA astronaut.

If these journos pass comments in the public domain as fact, they should verify what they are reporting to the public.

We see journos passing comments on aviation all the time, and if they are a restaurant critic then they should stick to restaurants or research all they first prior to publication.

I gave up reading these articles a long time ago.

Really teeny weeny brain cell?

It isn’t that funny at all, just the truth, and perfectly reasonable unless you have just one teeny weeny brain cell looking for a friend to knock about with.

I think it is hilarious!

You are supposedly a mature professional in a responsible job...

...and yet...

...you became incensed at the inaccuracy of an article - in the Cyprus Mail of all places!

And written by the restaurant critic to top it all off!

And you're still going on about it!

I really don't know how you manage to get through each and every 24 hours if you truly are that naive...?

Well simpletons with a teeny wheeney brain cell are easily amused.

Yep, I expect accuracy in news reporting, just like the public expect accuracy from my flying abilities and being accurate and precise in every move I make and follow Standard Operational Procedures.

We can’t afford to get things wrong like that.

Everything is just so precise, and standardised in my industry and journalism should be no different.

PING!!!!!

Don't be so completely, utterly ridiculous!

You honestly think the Cyprus Mail should be held to the same standards as the airline industry?????

You think they should hold an enquiry because a single reader was too dumb to realise that the restaurant critic had made a mistake?

Blimey, you have posted some crap but that really takes the biscuit!

Teeny weeny little brain fart has the shits again.

He needs a new clean nappy.

It’s a real shame numbskull thinks journalists shouldn’t work to the same high standards as the aviation industry. We all know they don’t but that doesn’t mean they shouldn’t lift up their socks!

It is certainly a question of professionalism and attention to detail.

The Pahitis' never ending paradox on everything, including lithium batteries:

cyprus41865-1100.html#p786708

Done it a hundred times. Been on aircraft with explosives, radioactive materials, Lithium, corrosives, and even with the most venomous snakes on the planet in eskies (they are not a DG).

And I guarantee you, that every flight you have been on has had 1 or more of the above in every flight you have been on. In fact, you would be hard pressed to find a flight without consigned DG. Airlines Madame a lot of money from freight.

Nb. To get a full idea read a few pages before and a few pages after.

I'm sure people would be quite happy to pay €100 per copy of the Cyprus mail because they had employed specialist journalists in every field and a team of sub-editors to spot mistakes!

Your posts become more ridiculous by the minute - I think the trolley dolly will be refusing to serve you any more red quite soon!
