So tax the poor is the better narrative for you then is it ? What is wrong with the idea of making people pay more for second and third homes in order to help those with no home at all currently ?

You sound just like the guy on Question time, earning over £80,000 screaming and shouting that 'he is not even in the top 50%' re earned income in the UK, when in fact he is in the top 5%.

Or put another way, why punish people for working hard and being successful...?

But that is what you'd prefer isn't it...? Rather than a vibrant, successful economy that benefits everybody you'd rather everybody was equally poor...

Not forgetting corporation tax, increasing it from 19% to 26%. Because of course, that isn't ultimately paid by ordinary people. You know pension funds, jobs, that sort of thing. It comes from those swines who are avoiding paying "proper" tax. Whatever the "faik" that is.

Rest assured, if you're one of those "ordinary" people, starving and abused by the toffs, so beloved of socialists, you won't have to pay a single penny for any of this stuff. It will all be "free". Trust me.

There is no direct correlation with how 'hard' someone works and how much they earn. So let's stop that myth shall we ?

Just total nonsense. I am not saying no one should be allowed a second or third home at all. Taxing luxuries differently and higher than necessities is hardly a radical concept. We do it already with VAT. No reason not to do so with homes. How many homes would be enough for you CG ? 3 ? 10 ? 30 ?

Of course it is because everyone knows an MP earning 80,000 a year works four times harder that say a nurse working in an underfunded A and E uint. That's why the Mp's get 4 times more salary. Everyone knows that Wayne Rooney works 650 times harder than the bin men that empty the bins on his multiple houses.

I think you need to replace ' work harder' with 'being more successful' Yes, those that are more successful should earn more, after all it's what drives them. So what if Rooney multiple houses, it just the jealousy of the chavs and low grade cheap skates that want them to be taxed to the hilt. When you MF hypocrites can show the additional voluntary tax proof, then come and preach how successful people must pay more. Communism has broken down all over the world and these sad MFs want to introduce it to the uk ffs.
