But that is bollocks in't it...?

The SNP have wanted to break up for ever - the clue is in their name!

They even had a referendum on it, remember...?

The desire for the jocks to leave the union precedes Brexit by years, you can't possibly paint it any other way if you are being honest.

And as I said earlier, if the English were allowed to vote on it they'd have been gone by now.

Opportunists!

Don't worry Kikapu. Last time there was a referendum, the separatists lost convincingly. they did not equate BREXIT with leaving the Union and still don't. Plus, 48% of Scots actually voted for BREXIT too, so it is not as if the Scots differ greatly from the rest of the UK.

The Scots do not want to leave the union and after a short while after BREXIT it will be even less desirable.

The only reason why I am against another referendum is because the UK just got dragged through hell and back for 3.5 years. What the EU and a few troublemakers did to this country was a massive injustice you wouldn't do your enemy let alone a country that has always been an ally and friend to Europe. Another referendum is exactly what the UK doesn't need right now.

The focus is to get BREXIT done, and negotiate a FTD with the EU in a reasonable and respectful manner by all parties.

If there was a referendum, there is only a 20% chance the separatists will win and that will be the end of that but 20% is not something to risk after what the EU has done to the UK which in my opinion you wouldn't do to your worst enemy.

So no referendum. The UK will wait later and put that to rest after BREXIT and after it improves its economy even more.

I am not convinced that any Scot will want to leave the union to join the EU. Most will always choose the Union over the EU, so I think Sturgeon is barking up the wrong tree.

At the end of the day, only the Scots will decide whether they want to remain or leave the Union. They have already had a referendum to leave and failed based on the political environment at that time, so the sentiment to leave is there. The political environment has changed dramatically since that referendum and they will want now to try again to leave under the present political circumstances. This is what democracy is all about and since the Tories and their supporters claim to be Democrats, they must allow the Scots to have another referendum, or else, Scotland is going to be a negative political thorn in the side of the unity of the Union.

I for one have a very sneaking suspicion that the EU (I actually mean Germany) stitched Greece right up.

Don't get me wrong, I actually love the Germans and their ingenuity and their manufacturing and cars are actually quite superb and quite the engineering marvels but the UK is no slouch either over the years. But deep down, the Germans might show they were no supporters of Hitler and even appear apologetic for all they done but they could also be very resentful that after so much death and destruction, they lost the war. They, probably have a superiority complex and I have no doubt that in the EU its actually Germany that is calling all the shots.

The so called Euro parliament had to ask that idiotic Merkel for approval whenever they were dealing with the Brits. I believe Germany was out for revenge and that is very sad on their part.

In fact, I also believe that Germany has done a good hatchet job by stitching up Greece real good during the Financial Crisis and they did the same to Cyprus too. This is NOT a union in my book. This is a union as long as it suits Germany.

And may I also add this. Greece is a very large spender on military armaments. Probably the only country in NATO to spend the same amount or percentage of GDP as the USA. As a result, Greece has developed a formidable military capability that is able to protect its interests and this is so important when Trillions of Dollars of Oil and Gas resources are at stake. Greece today is very close to war with Turkey. Sad but very true. That's because Turkey is trying to steal Greece's Natural Wealth and therefore, despite all the economic hardship, Greece now has to buy 5th generation fighters, Frigates, Tanks, Missiles and other equipment to bolster its strength, otherwise the fait accompli is that Greece will lose trillions worth of its own natural wealth.

Germany claimed to be wanting to reform the Greek economy, and sure, reform was necessary but what they achieved was to relegate Greece to 50 years of poverty. But it was for Greece's own good remember? They are now silent, despite Greece being in the EU, about the Trillions worth of resources now at risk which have the potential to pay off Greece's sovereign debt and turn Greece into a wealthy country. So what is Germany playing here? Why the animosity if Greece is an EU partner? Maybe the Germans have a different agenda. let's show those Greeks and Brits who really is the boss maybe?

Greece wasn't the only one. Now with BREXIT, the EU (Germany) once again has treated the UK with sheer utter contempt. It was deplorable kikapu and this is why I have supported the UK in its row with the EU. To me, the Brits played the ball and tried to abide by the rules. The EU played the country and tried to interfere in Britain's internal politics like a true enemy of the State.

But still, even after all that, Boris is still eager to let bygones be bygones and try and negotiate a FTD for the good of his country and for the good of the EU. This is what friendship is all about. there is no reason whatsoever why britain can't have the same relationship with the EU as Norway and Switzerland.

Time and time again, the EU (Germany) has acted terribly. Not just with the PIIGS, but now with UK as well.

That is the EU Greece and Cyprus are a member of. If the EU think they are going to develop into a full blown federation like the USA, they got another thing coming because the EU is NOT acting in a manner that is unifying or respectful to other states and also because they have compromised Greece and heaven forbid if Greece needs to go to war. They might not have a choice.

I said it before, many member states (PIIGS) and now UK were treated with utter contempt.

Now, the EU (Germany) is getting some push back from the Brits and it's so good to see Kikapu. In fact I take my hat off to them for their stiff upper lip. In WW2 they had the Spitfire, and now they have Boris. I hope they enjoy! :D

Tables have turned kikapu. I always had faith in the UK doing a hatchet job on Germany.

At the last referendum, BREXIT was still on the agenda and the Scots made their decision and they made it under an environment of British Euro-skepticism.

They can decide again, but at a time that is convenient for the UK Government. That time is NOT now and it won't be occurring anytime soon until BREXIT is done and until the British accelerate their economy even further. The country doesn't need any more turmoil right now.

Enough is enough!

In a few years, maybe, and let the Scots vote to remain in the Union (which they will) and relegate those SNP troublemakers to the history books.

Right now, BORIS has a mandate to inspire and unify his country and fight for British Interests, build hospitals, employ more police and nurses and also invest in traditional Labour areas where hundreds of thousands of labour supporters lent him their vote with a quivering and shaking hand. That is what humility is all about kikapu. People placed their trust in a Torie Government for the first time in their lives and the Tories must never forget those people and give them some relief from austerity as well.

The Tories owe these people big time, more-so than a traditional Torie supporter.

The spokespeople are the millions of people who voted.

They made their decision. I am just an observer and an individual who was concerned over the beyond deplorable behavior of the EU.

It's not the first time we have seen this deplorable behavior. We too in Cyprus and also in Greece have been bitten by this EU and they have the audacity to call us "partners." This is no partnership at all.

Greece right now is facing war. The Greek PM has threatened to fire upon and sink any Turkish Exploration Ship that enters into the Greek EEZ and commences drilling operations.

Good on them too. But get ready for war after that. And the EU (Germany) are saying nothing about resources that will pay off the Greek Sovereign Debt virtually overnight. Pfft!

The charade is OVER!

Both Greece and Cyprus brought their problems upon themselves. Corruption is endemic it's part of the culture. The EU had nothing whatsoever to do with the banks taking mine and others money.
The love of money in both countries is above all else. Corruption is rampant.
The EU is the greatest union of nations in human history. It will thrive and continue for ever.

So the truth comes out.....finally.

Brexit was never about UK not doing well financially as a EU member state, but instead, for them to do a hatchet job on Germany and her economic successes because of their well educated workforce. The war is over Paphitis and the Spitfire was truly a game changer in that fight. Germany moved on to make Germany an economic powerhouse despite half the country being occupied by the Soviet Union longer than not since the war ending. Boris is no Spitfire. He’s not even “Fat Albert” C-130. He is just fat slope charlatan who lies for a living, which is another reason why the Scots want nothing to do with him or the Tories, and even less with the United Kingdom.

Says the man who predicted Hunt would win when it was clear to all he had no chance...

Mate, look at the facts.... The EU is fucked and losing the UK's £350m a week will merely hasten its end...
