Financial markets do not like instability, Sterling has been on the up since polls earlier were predicting a Conservative majority. Sterling will rise further as the results start to come in.

Brexit created the financial instability.
After 3 years the FMs want an end to the current uncertainty.
We will now have a Clown battling to deliver Brexit as well as delivering on the promises made during the election campaign. I'm all for the end of uncairtenty and the return of Sterling to pre- Brexit referendum levels. Time will show.

Oh so we were right then.

The financial markets seem to be happy that this whole BREXIT saga is about to close and give them the certainty they require.

We have been telling you that the biggest enemy to the economy and the markets is being in limbo. Financial Markets are remarkably very resilient in the face of BREXIT even as long as they have a clear roadmap of what is going to happen.

Brexit will - finally - be done so you’re wrong on that one. However - yes - I hate to rain on a parade but it’s all about to start over. This time regarding the trade talks. :(
