A lot of countries prohibit the importation of agricultural products. In this case the man tried to bring in 100lb of such. Must have been a Hell of a case. Mine are big and hold the average of about 50lbs.

FWIW, Labour are currently spending £66 billion a year on benefits (projected now, because of Starmer's U turn of the week, to increase by £3billion pa). That Includes £12 billion on immigrants but not the £4 billion pa cost of illegal immigrants. Immigration is currently running at something like 1 million people a year. That equals the population of Manchester - every single year. Manchester is the only city outside London (which long ago ceased to be an English city) to equal the 1 million population figure. That's the number of people coming in - every ......................single.............................. year.

About 22% of the UK population are claiming disability benefits. Claiming benefits has become a fairly normal career option.
