The USA gets half the 30% of Ukrainian natural resources Russia has left them with. Russia gets to keep the 20% of Ukraine they've taken over since 2014. Not forgetting, relief from all economic sanctions. Although, their only effect upon the Russian economy has apparently been to boost it.
Having sacrificed some 250K men and God knows how much money on this war; I doubt that Russia will be satisfied with just the territory on the right hand side of a demarcation line.
Russia stated from the onset that they were going to liberate the four Russian-speaking states in their entirety (which they’ve already annexed) so that’s what I expect Putin will demand as part of the deal if the US is to have any joy in western Ukraine.
The second issue is that the Ukraine has negligible quantities of rare earth minerals so America may be rather disappointed if that’s all they’re interested in… because Lithium and similar (used in battery making) is not rare and can be purchased from many countries. Rare earth minerals (I think there’s 17 in total) are predominantly to be found in Russia and China.
The third problematic issue is the EU’s future:
Unfortunately, for us living under the EU I fear there are dark clouds descending upon us!
This is not because I fear of any further war once the Ukrainian issue finally ends, but because I fear an eventual EU economic collapse.
The European baboons in Brussels have just committed themselves to spending 800 billion Euros to improve/expand their militaries, but simultaneously they plan to keep spending unspecified billions to prolong the Ukraine war (presumably out of anti-Russian spite)… and we all know where that money will be going… down the drain flogging a dead horse! Oh, and in the pockets of the corrupt Ukrainian politicians.
The EU can only safely afford to do one or the other… they can’t afford to do both without EU citizens facing insufferable hardships and eventually EU citizens may have to rise in great protest leading to strife EU wide.
I fear there are dark days ahead for us because Brussels is too authoritarian (undemocratic), too selfish and too criminal to care about their citizens.

Finally, I’ll quickly cover the US alliance pivot in the next message which many people in the West don’t seem to understand.
