Given Medvedev/Putin/Lavrov have threatened nuclear Armageddon many times, whilst tbe West has remained largely silent on the matter, I think it fairer to say that it's more the Russians "playing to the masses". And, TBH, it's tended to work.

I guess we'll find out soon enough how much Trump is an asset.

Long post. :D

Ohh dear - you've turned a bit nasty. That's a pity because - you know how sensitive I am. :P

Naive? I hope not.

Firstly, as anybody who's followed my various posts on the subject since 2017 will know, I've never been a fan of Donald.

I confess - I've no idea about all this tariff stuff. I suspect either it will turn out to be brilliant or - a total disaster. We should perhaps wait and see before jumping to conclusions?

Well, the masses eating Trump's presidency is an important point. Whatever happens he will be gone in 2029. Conversely, having rigged their systems, Mr Putin and Jinping will be around for as long as they want. Or, until somebody gets rid of them. Whilst Don probably lusts after a Nobel peace prize I suspect, like a lot of Dictators, Putin will be more looking to go down in history as another Peter the Great. Expanding Greater Russia. Whilst Jinping seems to regard invading and annexing Taiwan as his Alexander the Great moment in history. If you do a bit of research you will find that territorial expansion is pretty de rigueur among Dictators. Spending all that money on improving their population's lives just doesn't have the same attraction.

Thanks. I actually watched it! I'm not sure what point's being made though. :? The US has been exporting goods to China to the tune of about $140 billion a year. Very little of it in the form of beef actually. Conversely, Chinese exports to the US have been about $600 billion a year. Get it?

Poor choice of words!

Sorry but the next bit came across as a bit of a rant. :(

Well, these are points that have been covered over and over again during the past three and a half years. Despite - I can't see how the US/UK were to blame. Putin made the decision to send 200,000 troops across the Russian and Belarusian borders into Ukraine in February 2022. There's no excuse for that. Fabricated or not. Membership of NATO has to be agreed by all members (hey - there are 2 more these days!) and I doubt very much, given their reliance on Russian energy and extensive business connections, whether the likes of France and Germany would have agreed in a hurry. I suspect it would have taken donkey's years and Putin knew he had a 4 year window of opportunity offered by the presidency of sleepy Joe Biden. So, IMHO and frankly - it's BS. That aside, WTF does any sovereign nation wishing to join an international agreement have to do with Russia? :?

LR the US is the instigator in all this shit...and here is why...

the US has 2 doctrines right now and a few distructions around the globe...the aim of these 2 doctrines are total control of russia and china...the empire seems to think they are not ready for lettiing go...

these 2 doctrines are
1...russia has oil and the US will do anything to stop the russians from exporting it...
2...china has no oil and the us will do anthing to stop the chinese from getting it...

now show me the russian and chinese doctrines...that are setup to antagonize or destablize or bring down the US...you LR as a military man should have no problem showing us...please go ahead...

controlling an empire has it's problems...now add trump into the mix, add china and russia problems equals the us not getting her way, while trump is tearing her a new one...for the next 4 years...good luck with that...

btw...yes LR you posted numbers...right now no beef is getting in china...think of you american bros, the farmers thar are stuck with the stock and the fucking infrastructure...alomg with the other farmers with soy, corn, etc...they are well and trully royally fucked...onlu TACO thinks the way you think...so i may call you TACO 2 from now on just so we can differrantiate between the 2 of you... ...now you get it, the human fucking cost...numbers mean shit to these people...they invested and their govermant fucked them up...

now i know as to why you have been ignored...you are a fucking internet whore...and a fucking real dumb ass at that...

“First real life proof…….”? :?

What about 2 years ago, when we had “STOP PRESS: 300 top Ukrainian and NATO military killed in Kinzhal strike on bunker near Kyiv. NATO IS FINISHED!”? From a well known “independent” site called Redacted. Of course, we never heard another word from anybody, ever, about it. So easy, completely covering up the deaths of 300 top military people.

They might have been right about NATO but it has nothing to do with any Russian missile.

Then, going back further, the story about 12 NATO officers supposedly caught in Syria. That turned out to be a completely false claim by a - well known for making it up as you go along ( ) - Hezbollah member of the Lebanese parliament. Again, not a further word from anyone about the fantasy incident.

Perhaps the clue is in “nothing in the media here though”? There doesn’t appear to be anything about it in any other media anywhere presently.

I guess we’ll see. Time will tell.
