I agree with what he says but he is still missing important bit of History. In the mid 1990s Yugoslavia fell apart. So Serbia took advantage of the situation and supported the Bosnian Serbs to carve out a part of Bosnia to join it with Serbia in 1995. This is where Serbs committed genocide by killing all men between the ages of 15 to 50 in three different towns. The UN soldiers stood by and did nothing. UN could do anything because Russia would veto any action they may want to take against the Bosnian Serbs. It took Clinton another 4 Years to 1999 to decide to bomb Serbia for what they were doing.
This does not mean the Americans did not have expansion of Nato in their mind when they bombed Serbia, they certainly did. The situation was very mixed. I seem to remember an incident in Bosnia when US was trying to land on an airfield and it was surrounded by Russian soldiers that blocked it.
Indeed he is absolutely correct, the Ukrainian war is the direct responsibility of Nato expanding to Ukraine and I suspect if it is not stopped, it would also extend further to the east side of the Black Sea to Georgia. Even Azerbaijan is being very friendly to USA today supplying oil to Israel via Erdogan.
