As for numbers, Russia has been mass-producing hypersonics since the mid of 2018, so that’s plenty of time to manufacture a considerable number of them... but I don't have an exact figure for you, if at all made public.

Ruzzians do not have a hypersonic ICBM. An ICBM wouldn't be able to carry enough rocket propellent. That's the limiting factor. Even as it is now, ICBMs are huge because they need to carry the required fuel.
And the missiles they do have that are hypersonic, are short to medium range, and do not work properly because they are still in development.
The Americans have far better missile systems. The days of your little fantasies are over. And the Merikans have hypersonic missiles, which they could have deployed but are unable to as they are still also in development and that is a much slower process because the merikans are not after the bragging rights. When they enter service, the Merikan missiles will work and be of much superior quality and Merika has the military establishment to build them in massive numbers and don't have any chip or circuit board issues because they can make their own. It's the land of Apple, Microsoft, NVIDIA and Google. Ruzzia is the land of Smirnoff and Angouria!
Now, back to basics bitch. When you have a performance car, you would like to put your foot down and drive like a hooligan bitch. You want to drive fast. When you drive fast, your range is vastly diminished bitch and your fuel consumption rises by a lot. When you fly a plane, and advance the throttle or thrust levers and fly like a hooligan bitch, again, you burn lots of fuel. Your range is vastly diminished.
Same thing with a hypersonic missile. More speed, means more energy needed, meaning a bigger consumption of fuel.
Which is why ICBMs are massive missiles to carry the required fuel. And with their big size comes bigger form drag, meaning more fuel is required yet again. catch 22 bitch. Physics is so bueatiful.
And btw, I would rather be in Merika than in Ruzzia bitch. The Merikans have Nasams, and I have a much bigger faith in Nasams and Patriot than S300/400/500 bitch.
