miltiades, you again select a small section of the overall message and proceed to denounce it, I have made a real comparison between the general respectability (which I have experienced) of the family traditions and culture of a previously oppressed section of the American nation, carefully indicating that I refer to the older generation of such a section, AND, the general respectability of the culture that sought to destroy it.

I have dealt severally with both communities, my opinions are the result of such dealings.

As for Barak Obama, he is also a Great Inspiration to America, but half of America are still Racist in their Hearts, so it will be a uphill battle for him, and same goes for Hilary too, but I believe, as a team, Hillary as President, Barak as a Vice President, and Bill Clinton appointed as the Secretary of State, will be a hard team to beat by the Republicans.

On page 3 of this topic, GorillaGal and karma exemplify the mind-set of the typical American female, such banter only highlights the decadence of that nation, they will argue that it is their right and that it is an example of their 'freedom', the truth is that it reveals a lack of respectability between them.

Those ridiculous comments you made on the black culture superiority , my dear Eliko , prompted me to insert a little "wankentry " to the subject since only an absolute wanker would for a minute suggest the the great nation of the USA consists of a superior black culture and an inferior white one. Thank you for all your good wishes , I'm certain beyond a shadow of a doubt that you are indeed a very well educated and an extremely polite and well mannered individual , I'm also certain beyond a shadow of a doubt that you are also misguided , misinformed with half baked ideas and preconceived notions not only on world affairs but also on moral issues involved in the exercise of certain cultural or personal activities. I recently questioned the use of " a person's sexual preferences ..." as totaly illogical , this discussion I was having with an ex-MP .I reminded him that paedophiles , necrophilia perverts as well as gerontophilia " sickos ! also had their own sexual preferences , are we to include them as well .
I mention the above to indicate that your earlier comment that self castigation is a cultural thing and who are you you said to condemn it , is utterly naive. This is the 21 st century where we do not carry on the culture of the Romans throwing Christians to the lions den , or having Gladiators fighting in arenas killing each other . The world has moved on and civilization has taken roots , normal civil behaviour is part of the Western world culture and it is enshrined in our legislature and constitutions.
We do not excuse honour killings as a cultural event , neither do we throw live dogs and cats in Lions dens at London Zoo , as was the practice in the 18th century , and slavery , very much a cultural event in the past , has been abolished .
